Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and wellness reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Used acupressure mats

  • Used yoga or wellness products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


How to Request a Return

Return Pickup

  • If your return request is approved, Aarogya App will arrange a return pickup where applicable.

  • In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared once the return is approved.


Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
